Your phones, payment terminals, cloud files and video meetings all lean on one thing: the internet line coming into your building. NPA Global provides business internet to companies in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, from gig-speed fiber to backup connections, and looks after the network that carries it once it reaches your office.

The Line Under Everything Else

Most offices think about their internet only when it stops working. By then the phones may be quiet, the card reader may be stuck, and staff are waiting on files that will not open. The speed printed on the bill is only part of the story. How the connection behaves when everyone is busy, and what happens when it drops, matter just as much. That is why we provide gig-speed fiber that guarantees symmetrical speeds and 99.9% uptime — at about the cost of broadband.

NPA Global looks at the whole path: the circuit from the street, the firewall and router, the cabling and Wi-Fi inside your office, and the services that ride on top. We design it and install it, and with Managed IT we monitor it around the clock. When something goes wrong, existing clients make one call instead of working out which vendor to blame.

Connection Options

We match the type of connection to your building, the work your team does and how much downtime your business can tolerate.

Gig-Speed Fiber

Fiber with symmetrical speeds, so uploads move as fast as downloads. That counts for video calls, cloud backups and sending large files, not only for browsing.

Business Broadband

A practical choice where fiber has not reached your building yet, or as a second line beside it. We check what is available at your address during the site survey.

Wireless & Mobility

Wireless and mobile connections for spaces where pulling a new line is not practical, for temporary sites, or as an independent backup path.

Point-to-Point Links

A private link between your sites, so a main office and a branch can share systems without sending that traffic across the public internet.

SD-WAN

Software that manages more than one connection at a time, steers traffic across them and keeps a site online when one of the paths fails.

Backup & IP Failover

A second connection with failover, set up so that when the primary line drops, traffic shifts to the backup and the office keeps working.

Wi-Fi & Office Network

Wired and wireless networks inside your space, including structured cabling and Ubiquiti UniFi equipment, installed and configured by our technicians.

Firewall & Security

Firewall management between the internet and your systems, plus access control and ransomware defense through Managed IT.

Monitoring & Support

With Managed IT we watch your connection and network day and night, and support coverage for existing clients runs 24/7.

What Rides on Your Connection

A connection is only as good as what it can carry on a busy day. When we plan yours, we start from the services that depend on it.

Phone Calls

A cloud phone system sends every call over your line. Clear calls depend on low latency, jitter and packet loss, not on a big download figure. More on our business phone systems.

Video Meetings

Video conferencing sends as much as it receives. Symmetrical fiber gives your outgoing video the same capacity as the incoming stream.

Cloud Desktops & Files

Virtual servers and PCs, hosted applications and shared storage only feel fast when the path to them is. See Cloud Services.

Card Payments

Connected payment terminals, online payments and invoicing all need a steady line during business hours. See Payment Systems.

Backups & Recovery

Automated backups and disaster recovery copy your data over the same connection, so upload capacity matters here too.

Day-to-Day Work

Email, scheduling software, records systems and the web. Reducing latency, jitter and packet loss means steadier service, smoother collaboration across the team and time savings of up to 30% or more.

From Survey to Switch-Over

You see your current costs next to our bundled pricing, along with a tailored proposal that names the connection type, the backup path and the network equipment.

3

Connect

Your dedicated project manager lines up the cutover. Our team installs the equipment on site, trains your staff and times the change to limit disruption.

After go-live, the same local team handles changes and problems. Clients needing help call (954) 320-4070.

The Line, the Network and the Phones From One Team

Internet works best as part of the bigger picture. NPA Global also provides business phone systems and manages voice and data networks, so the people who set up your line also answer for the calls and data that travel over it. One bill, one support number, and no finger-pointing between providers when something breaks.

The NPA AI Agent Stack pairs Voice AI receptionists with Clover-integrated billing and UniFi-managed networks, deployed and supported by the same team.

Bundle internet with any two other NPA services and Managed IT is included at no additional cost.

What South Florida Businesses Should Weigh

We work from 110 SE 6th St, 17th Floor, in Fort Lauderdale, and serve businesses in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Every recommendation starts with an in-person look at your site, because the right connection depends on the building as much as the budget.

A few points to think through before you sign your next internet contract:

  • Storm planning. Hurricane season makes resilience and backup communication worth planning for in advance. A second connection on a different type of service, with failover, and cloud systems that are not tied to a single building can all be part of that plan.
  • Your busiest days. Much of the region's hospitality trade is driven by visitors, and being available around the clock matters. Size the connection for your peak days rather than an average one.
  • One line carrying a lot. South Florida has many small medical, legal and hospitality offices, where a single connection may carry phones, payments, records and video at the same moment. Plan for all of it, not just the web browsing.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and support coverage for existing clients is around the clock.

Business Internet FAQ

What does symmetrical internet mean?

Upload speed matches download speed. Browsing mostly pulls data down, but video calls, cloud backups and sending big files push data up. Our gig-speed fiber is symmetrical, so both directions get the same capacity.

Do we need fiber, or will broadband do?

That depends on what the line carries, how many people share it and what is available at your address. We offer fiber, broadband and wireless, and after the site survey we recommend one of them, or a combination with a backup.

What happens when our internet goes down?

With a backup connection plus SD-WAN or IP failover, traffic can move to the second path when the primary fails. Without one, the office waits for the provider. Existing clients can reach our support team 24/7, and with Managed IT we monitor the network continuously.

Can you manage our Wi-Fi and office network too?

Yes. We design, install and administer wired and wireless networks, including structured cabling and Ubiquiti UniFi gear. Voice and data network management is part of our Managed IT service.

Will the connection handle our phone system?

We plan it to. NPA also provides business phone systems, so we design the line and the phones together with call quality in mind, rather than leaving each provider to guess about the other.

How much does business internet cost?

It varies with the connection type, your address and whether you add a backup line, so there is no flat price list. The assessment puts your current bills next to our pricing. Service is billed monthly, and many projects begin with no upfront cost.
